Shipping and Returns
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Standard shipping is free within the US on all orders $100 +
- If you wish to do express shipping, please contact our Customer Service - email@example.com and will email you for delivery options and price quotes.
Please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your order confirmation and/or tracking email.
- Orders usually ship 1 - 3 days after the order has been placed. Please allow time for processing.
- Mahisi is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the most accurate shipping information, and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to Mahisi for inaccurate delivery information. However, we will assist you the best we can to work with our carrier if there's any issues with shipping.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may exchange your purchase to Mahisi within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Please email email@example.com with your order information. We will send you an Exchange Authorization number via email.
- Once you've received an Exchange Authorization number, we will email you the return address.
- Exchange may take up to 7 business days to process from date of receipt at Mahisi office.
- We do not accept products that have been used. All exchanges must be in the original packaging with the tag attached. All purchase on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
