Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange your purchase to Mahisi within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. Please email info@shopmahisi.com with your order information. We will send you a Return Authorization number via email.

Once you've received a Return Authorization number, please send the product to:

* Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from date of receipt at Mahisi office.

* We do not accept products that have been used. All returns must be in the original packaging with the tag attached. All purchase on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Purchases outside the United States will not be accepted.
