Shipping policy
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently send all order from our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Standard shipping is free worldwide on all orders over $200.
- Standard shipping is $15 worldwide on all orders below $200.
- If you wish to do express shipping, please contact our Customer Service - info@shopmahisi.com and will email you for delivery options and price quotes.
Please email us - info@shopmahisi.com if you do not receive your order confirmation and/or tracking email.
Customs fees, duties, or taxes with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders usually ship 1day after the order has been placed. Please allow time for processing.
- Mahisi is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the most accurate shipping information, and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to Mahisi for inaccurate delivery information.
RETURN POLICY
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange your purchase to Mahisi within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Please email info@shopmahisi.com with your order information. We will send you a Return Authorization number via email.
- Once you've received a Return Authorization number, we will email you the return address.
- Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from date of receipt at Mahisi office.
- We do not accept products that have been used. All returns must be in the original packaging with the tag attached. All purchase on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
